Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Sade Assets LLC, doing business as Sade Roofing and Constructions, holds Florida roofing and general contractor licenses and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are provided with every proposal.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes, for homeowners and associations considering repair or construction work. Written inspection reports for insurance or real-estate purposes are a flat fee quoted up front.
Do you pull permits?
Always. Every roof, window, structural and plumbing or electrical project is permitted and inspected. Unpermitted work creates problems at sale and after a claim.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through third-party lenders, with terms that depend on the project and your credit. See the financing page.
How soon can you start?
Repairs are usually scheduled within days. Re-roofs start once the permit is issued, typically two to four weeks. Remodels depend on design and material lead times.
Will you work with my insurance company?
We document damage, provide estimates in insurance format and meet adjusters on site. The claim stays in your name. We do not take assignments of benefits.
What warranty do you provide?
A written workmanship warranty on every project plus the manufacturer's material or system warranty. Terms are listed in your contract.
Do you do both roofing and remodeling?
Yes. That is the point of the company. One licensed contractor can replace the roof, install impact windows, add a room and remodel the kitchen under one contract and one schedule.
Can I see projects you have completed?
Yes. Ask for addresses of recent projects in your area and references from past clients, and see the projects page.
