What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, city and the details you type about your project. We use this information to contact you about the work you asked about and to prepare an estimate.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

The site is hosted on Vercel (United States). Estimate requests are delivered to us by email through Resend (United States) and kept in our business inbox and job records for up to three years, which is how long Florida contractors must keep project records, then deleted. We use the phone number and email you give us to respond to your request. We do not send marketing text messages without separate consent.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the business, such as our hosting and email providers and, if you request financing, the lender you choose.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and interactions without cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising cookies.
