Every roofing service

Miami-Dade NOA products

Every tile, panel, shingle and underlayment we install carries a current Notice of Acceptance for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone.

Sealed deck, every time

Taped seams and self-adhered underlayment give you a secondary water barrier and the matching credit on your wind mitigation form.

Inspections handled

We schedule dry-in and final inspections with the county, attend them, and hand you the closed permit.

Roofing questions

Straight answers to the things homeowners ask us first.

How much does a new roof cost in South Florida?

It depends on size, pitch, material and how much decking needs replacing. Shingle is the least expensive, concrete tile and aluminum standing seam are similar to each other, and clay tile is at the top. Every estimate itemizes the underlayment and attachment so you can compare bids honestly.

Do you handle the permit and inspections?

Always. We pull the permit, schedule dry-in and final inspections with the city or county, and give you the closed permit and the wind mitigation report when the job is done.

What is the HVHZ and does it apply to me?

The High Velocity Hurricane Zone covers all of Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Roofing products there must carry a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance and be installed exactly to it. Palm Beach County follows the Florida Building Code wind-borne debris rules instead.

Will a new roof lower my insurance?

Usually. Insurers price heavily on roof age and on the wind mitigation form. A new roof with a sealed deck, documented attachment and current permit typically improves several lines on that form.

How fast can you fix a leak?

Emergency tarping is usually same day. Permanent repairs are scheduled within days once we have inspected and you have approved the scope.
