Most leaks are not where the water shows up inside. Water travels along rafters and underlayment before it drips. We find the actual entry point, fix it properly and tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether you are paying to patch a roof that needs replacing.

Do you charge for an inspection?
Leak inspections are free for homeowners in our service area. Written reports for real-estate transactions are a flat fee.
Can you come out in the rain?
We can tarp in the rain. Permanent repairs wait for a dry roof.
Will a repair hold up?
If the rest of the roof is sound, yes, and we warranty our repair work. If the roof is at end of life we will say so before you spend money.
