Roof Replacement

Full tear-off and re-roof with permits, inspections and the wind-mitigation paperwork handled for you.

Roofing crew replacing the roof on a single-family home

A re-roof is one of the biggest checks a homeowner writes. It should come with a clear scope, a real schedule and a roof that passes county inspection the first time. We handle permits, dumpsters, inspections and the wind mitigation report at the end.

What is included

  • Written scope with material, underlayment and fastening spelled out
  • Permit, product approvals and all county inspections
  • Full tear-off to the deck and replacement of rotted wood
  • Choice of tile, metal, shingle or flat systems
  • Daily site cleanup and nail sweep
  • Wind mitigation inspection report for your insurer

Why it matters in South Florida

Insurers in Florida increasingly ask for roof age and condition. A documented new roof with the right attachments can cut premiums and keep a policy from being non-renewed. We give you the permit, final inspection and mitigation report in one package.
