Shingle is the fastest and most affordable way to put a new, code-compliant roof over your family. The difference between a 12-year shingle roof and a 25-year one is almost entirely in the installation: nail count, starter course, sealed deck and ventilation. We do not cut those corners.

Why it matters in South Florida
Florida's code requires shingles rated for 130 mph or more in most of our service area, and the HVHZ requires products with a Miami-Dade NOA. A sealed roof deck also earns a wind mitigation credit for a secondary water resistance barrier.

Questions we hear about shingle
How long does a shingle roof last here?
Fifteen to twenty-five years depending on the product, attic ventilation and shade. Sun does more damage than rain.
Can you install over my old shingles?
No. Florida code limits layers and we do not recommend it anyway. A clean deck is the only way to find rot and seal the seams.
How long does the job take?
Most single-family shingle roofs are done in one to two days once the permit is issued.
