Home Additions
Room additions, second stories, in-law suites and ADUs designed, permitted and built under one contract.

Adding square footage is often smarter than moving. We handle the whole chain: survey, architect and engineer, permits, foundation, framing, roof tie-in, and finishes. Because we are also roofers, the hardest part of an addition, connecting the new roof to the old one, is done by the same crew.
What is included
- Design and engineering through our architect partners
- Room additions, bedroom and bath suites, home offices
- Second-story additions and roof-line changes
- Accessory dwelling units and garage conversions
- Zoning review, permits and all inspections
- Seamless roof, stucco and flooring tie-ins
Why it matters in South Florida
Setbacks, lot coverage and flood-zone elevation rules vary by city. We check zoning before design so you do not pay for drawings the city will reject.

Questions we hear about additions
How long does an addition take?
Three to five months of construction for a single-story addition, plus two to four months for design and permitting.
Can you add a second story?
Sometimes. It depends on the existing foundation and structure, which an engineer evaluates first.
Do you build ADUs?
Yes, where local zoning allows them. Several of our cities have recently loosened ADU rules.
