Emergency tarp and rotted fascia
Emergency tarping on a mansard roof after storm damage, and rotted fascia and decking opened up before repair.
Seamless aluminum gutters, oversized downspouts and guards sized for Florida rainfall.

Gutters do more than keep water off your head at the front door. They keep water away from your foundation, your stucco and your fascia. In South Florida they need to be bigger than the builder standard to handle a summer afternoon.
A typical afternoon storm can drop an inch of rain in 30 minutes. Five-inch gutters with small downspouts overflow and dump water right at the foundation. We size the system to the roof area and rainfall, not to the cheapest coil.

Roof area, pitch and drainage points are mapped.
Gutters are run seamless on site to the exact length.
Hidden hangers every 24 inches, downspouts, then a water test.
Not by code, but water sheeting off tile erodes landscaping and stains stucco. Most tile homes benefit from gutters on at least the front and the side with the AC pad.
Under oak or ficus trees, yes. In open neighborhoods, a yearly cleaning is usually cheaper.
We install copper on request for historic and luxury homes.
We inspect, photograph and put the scope in writing. No pressure, no allowances that grow later.
