- Annual roof check with photo report
- Resealing of pipe boots, vents and flashings
- Replacement of cracked or slipped tiles
- Soft-wash cleaning of tile and shingle to remove algae and mold
- Gutter and scupper clearing
- Trimming of branches touching the roof (with your landscaper)
Why it matters in South Florida
Humidity grows black algae on light-colored roofs within a few years. Pressure washing destroys tile and shingle surfaces. We soft-wash with low pressure and the right cleaners so the roof looks new without losing years of life.

How much does a maintenance plan cost?
Plans start at a flat yearly fee based on roof size and type. Ask for pricing when you book an inspection.
Is roof cleaning safe for tile?
Soft-washing is. Pressure washing is not, and it voids most manufacturer warranties.
Do you clean gutters?
Yes, as part of the visit, and we can install guards if you have heavy leaf fall.
