New shingle roof and impact windows in Hollywood
One contract, two trades on a single-story Hollywood home: the old shingle roof torn off and replaced with a new architectural shingle system, then every jalousie and single-pane window swapped for impact-rated units.
Built for Willie, Hollywood

The homeowner had two problems that usually get solved by two contractors: a shingle roof at the end of its life, and the original jalousie and single-pane windows that fail every wind mitigation checklist. Because we hold both the roofing and the general contractor license, the whole scope ran under one contract, one permit package and one crew lead.
The roof came first. Tear-off went to the deck, the crew replaced soft decking, dried the roof in the same day and installed a new architectural shingle system fastened to the Florida Building Code wind requirements for Broward County. The short walkthrough video below was shot on the finished roof.
Then the windows: each opening was documented before, measured, and fitted with an impact-rated window installed to its Florida Product Approval, so the homeowner gets the opening-protection credit on the next wind mitigation inspection along with the new roof covering credit.
